Code of Conduct

At Control Cutter, we are committed to create value for our stakeholders and building relationships with our employees, customers, suppliers and other business partners based on our core values: Efficient, Safe and Reliable.

Our Code of Conduct clarifies Control Cutter’s mission, values and principles, linking them with standards of professional conduct. The code articulates the values the organization wishes to foster in leaders and employees and, in doing so, defines desired behavior. As a result, our code of conduct is the benchmark against which individual and organizational performance is measured. The Code translates Control Cutter’s core values into behaviors and provides guidance for how we are expected to act.

The Code is the central guide for employees to support day-to-day decision-making, which in turn encourages discussions of ethics and compliance, empowering us to handle the ethical dilemmas we encounter in our activities. Our ambition to remain ethically steadfast is further referenced in our code by commitment to support and uphold the UN’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the ILO Conventions as well as the UN Global Compact’s ten principles for human rights, labor conditions, the environment and anti-corruption.

Control Cutter is committed to conducting business responsibly wherever we operate. Business partners are critical for the success of our company, and thus we seek to work with others who share our commitment to ethical and responsible business. We therefore require our business partners and suppliers to adhere to the standards in our Code by signing our “Control Cutter Supplier Code of Conduct”.

Our Code of Conduct is approved by Control Cutters Board of Directors and is reviewed annually. Responsibility for the implementation of the Code rests with the Group CEO.
