DecommissioningSolutions Engineer
Work across engineering, project execution, and service delivery on offshore decommissioning projects. You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle — from early concept through to equipment preparation, testing, and field deployment.
- Full project lifecycle involvement — concept to field deployment
- Technical interface with customers, suppliers, and partners
- Hands-on and analytical work across engineering and operations
- Based in Aberdeen with exposure to global projects
Business Development& Sales Manager, Europe
Drive the adoption and sales of Control Cutter’s full-service decommissioning solutions across the European market. Own the full sales cycle, manage client relationships, and oversee project delivery from contract to completion.
- Own the full European sales pipeline and revenue targets
- Manage client relationships from initial contact through delivery
- Work directly with Group Head of Sales on regional strategy
- Based in Aberdeen or Stavanger with frequent client travel
ProjectManager — Aberdeen
Lead complex offshore decommissioning projects from award to close-out. A hands-on leadership role demanding technical credibility, commercial sharpness, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams. You will own the client relationship, the budget, and the delivery.
- Full commercial ownership — budget, margin, forecasting and invoicing
- Technical leadership across engineering and offshore execution
- Primary client interface throughout the project lifecycle
